Our Partners provide an optimal mix of both operating and financing expertise, adding value at each stage of our portfolio companies growth cycle. Although the Connectors Group generally is the lead investor, we look to bring in additional equity investors in most situations. This gives the portfolio companysupplementary financial backing and increased flexibility going forward.

With over 35 years of collective early-stage experience and 25 years of operating experience, the Connectors Group Partners have developed a robust network of deal sources. We evaluate in excess of 1000 potential transactions per year generated from our network, which include:
- Unsolicited deals through our network of personal contacts
- Other early-stage institutions
- Pro-active selection of attractive industry segments
- Regional investment banks
- Broker dealers
Our funding process involves a thorough screening process where approximately three companies per month are selected to present to our members for funding consideration.
